Request Q.PULSE access

Q.PULSE access is requested through Qcells Jira Service Management.

If this is your first time using Qcells Jira Service Management, you may need to create a JSM account first. That JSM account only lets you enter the request portal; it does not create your Q.PULSE account.
  1. Sign in to Qcells Jira Service Management. If prompted, create your JSM account first.
  2. After signing in, submit Request a new account.
  3. Q.PULSE access is usually available about 1 business day after the request is processed.
